Our Mission
After navigating the dynamic mortgage landscape of 2023 and 2024, Jeff and Ryan recognized a critical gap in the industry. While many retail mortgage companies continued to prioritize service and timely closings — and rightly so — they were consistently falling short when it came to offering competitive rates.
Driven by a shared vision to challenge the status quo, Jeff and Ryan made a bold move. By streamlining operations, reducing overhead, and embracing a more agile business model, they created a space where clients don’t have to choose between top-tier service and better pricing. Their mission is simple: deliver the same high level of personalized service clients expect, while offering rates that make a real difference.
Meet the team

Jeff was born in Savannah, Georgia, and raised just beyond the city limits. He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Shortly after, he relocated to Atlanta, where he spent a decade building a successful career in the logistics industry.
In 2009, Jeff returned home to Savannah and made a pivot into the mortgage world — a move that would shape the next chapter of his professional life. Over the years, he has held key positions with major mortgage companies, serving as a loan officer, sales manager, and branch manager. His well-rounded experience in both customer service and leadership gives him a unique perspective on the mortgage process and how to serve clients at the highest level.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling the country with his partner, Crystal, catching concerts and live sporting events wherever they go.
